Service Description
Sometimes transformation is best experienced in community. At The Renewal Lab, our small group movement coaching blends guided movement, mindful practices, and intentional wellness coaching in a supportive, inclusive environment. Every session is client-centered, meaning you choose the movement that feels right for your body, while I guide the session to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and connect more deeply with yourself. Movement here is not exercise, it’s medicine for your mind, body, and spirit. Session Details: Length: 45 minutes per session Series: 6-week cycle Class Size: Small and intimate, 6–10 participants for the most personalized experience Cost: $35 per session Pay-in-Full Discount: $200 for the full 6-week series (save $10) Sliding Scale: Reduced rates available for students, seniors, or those in financial need Hybrid Movement Approach: Unified Movement (10–15 minutes): Each session begins with a guided movement that the whole group does together—yoga, Qi Gong, mindful walking, or grounding stretches designed to open the body and mind. Modifications are available for all levels. Choice-Based Movement (20–25 minutes): Participants select from movement stations set up in the studio: vibration plates, bikes, yoga mats, rebounding, rocking chairs, or free-space mindful movement. This allows everyone to move safely at their comfort level while integrating coaching insights. Reflection & Closing (5–10 minutes): Sessions end with group reflection, mindfulness, and gentle movement to integrate the experience.
