Refund Policy

At The Renewal Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality integrative health and wellness coaching, movement sessions, and holistic services. All payments are required at the time of booking to reserve your session, class, or program.
1. Refund Eligibility

Clients who cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or may choose to apply the payment to a future session.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”) are charged the full session fee, with no refund or rescheduling option.
3. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of The Renewal Lab. Documentation or verification may be requested.
4. Non-Refundable Services

Group classes, workshops, and special events may have separate refund policies clearly communicated at the time of registration.

All services are non-transferable unless otherwise noted.
5. Insurance

The Renewal Lab does not accept insurance at this time. Insurance coverage for Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching is under review by the State of Minnesota. Refunds do not include any potential insurance reimbursement.
6. Acknowledgment
By booking a session or registering for a program, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. Clients are encouraged to review this policy prior to booking.
