Service Description

A Movement-Based Coaching Experience Rooted in You Your first session is a spacious 60-minute experience designed to gently reconnect you with yourself, your body, your mind, your energy, and your goals. This is where we begin building your personalized Renewal Plan, always led by you. I’m not the expert on your life, you are. My role is simply to guide, reflect, support, and help you hear your own inner wisdom more clearly. A key part of this work is movement, and unlike traditional coaching or fitness sessions, this movement is chosen by you and done safely, gently, and intentionally. In every session, including this first one, we incorporate a supportive movement option that fits your comfort level and helps your brain open up for deeper clarity, emotional release, and grounded awareness. During your initial session, we will: Explore your health history, energy, lifestyle patterns, stress load, and overall wellbeing Identify areas where you feel stuck and where your body may be signaling the need for support Clarify your goals in a client-led way, your priorities, your pace, your needs Introduce movement options such as walking (indoors or outdoors), slow jogging, yoga movements, Qi Gong inspired moves, swinging, rocking in a chair, gentle stretching, gardening motions, rebounding, vibration plates, pickleball, or any movement that feels natural to you Practice a short movement sequence together to support grounding and openness Begin crafting your Renewal Plan based on what feels aligned and realistic for your life Movement is included because it’s not “exercise” it’s medicine. It helps regulate the nervous system, enhances brain openness and neuroplasticity, and gives the emotions a safe channel. When we move, we think more clearly, feel more honestly, and process more deeply. You’ll leave this session feeling grounded and supported, with simple steps you can take right away, steps you chose.
