Service Description
Client-Led Coaching + Movement for Continued Mind-Body Transformation After your first session, we meet once a week for focused 30-minute coaching sessions that use movement as a consistent tool for clarity and emotional regulation. These sessions are client-led, meaning you choose the direction, and I serve as your guide, mirror, and support. Each session includes gentle movement always your choice to help calm the body, open the mind, and make space for honest insight. This could be walking together (in person or virtually), stretching, breathing, rocking in a chair, light yoga movements, rebounding, grounding movement in nature, or any style that works for your ability and comfort. These weekly sessions are intentionally structured to help you stay connected, consistent, and supported as you move through your 4–6 month coaching journey. Each session includes: A grounding check-in to notice your emotional, mental, and physical state Your chosen form of movement to support openness and reduce stress Space to explore your goals, obstacles, progress, and insights Adjustments to your Renewal Plan as needed based on your own reflections Client-led discussion and processing (you decide the focus, I help you navigate it) Gentle guidance and tools for regulation, clarity, alignment, and sustainable change Clear next steps you choose to take into the week Movement remains woven into every session because it encourages: Emotional release Nervous-system regulation Better focus and sharper thinking Reduced overwhelm Increased creativity, hope, and resilience A deeper connection to your body’s signals A clearer, more client-centered framing (not a guarantee): Through these sessions, many clients experience: Feeling more grounded, energized, and centered Greater clarity about what they want and what no longer fits More ease managing stress and overwhelm Increased emotional awareness and resilience A healthier relationship with movement, their body, and themselves Momentum toward the goals that truly matter to them A sense of coming home to themselves Your coaching journey is a partnership, you bring your story, your wisdom, and your readiness for change.
