Prioritizing restorative sleep isn’t indulgence, it’s science-backed self-care. That’s why we not only teach strategies to improve sleep but also coach you through sleep troubles in a way that honors the body’s natural rhythms and the gifts nature has given us.

We focus on practical tools and small, simple habits that can make a huge difference:

  • Reset Your Circadian Rhythm: Exposure to the morning sun helps regulate your internal clock, setting the stage for restful nights and energized days.

  • Optimize Cortisol Naturally: Simple habits, like eating the right foods at the right time, can keep stress hormones balanced. (Did someone say grapefruit? My favorite fruit! It’s a natural, easy, and satisfying way to help your body reset, optimize morning cortisol and prepare for sleep.)

  • Mind-Body Practices: Guided meditations, breathing exercises, and journaling can calm the mind and body, lowering stress and helping you fall asleep faster.

  • Nature as Medicine: Your body already has the tools it needs the air, sun, natural foods, and movement, to help regulate sleep, reduce stress, and restore energy. We help you tap into these gifts intentionally.
